Job Summary
Provide companionship and support with daily living activities, assist with community outings and appointments, and ensure safety and comfort in the home. Maintain clear and accurate documentation while transporting the client safely using a reliable personal vehicle. This part-time role includes consistent Monday and Friday shifts from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Valid driver's license, dependable attendance, and background check clearance are required.
