Job Summary
Provide companionship, care, and support to an Individual with Developmental Disabilities in the Charlotte area, including instruction and assistance in home living environments. Facilitate community integration by transporting the individual to day programs, work sites, and community activities while helping them develop healthy social habits. Dispense medication and monitor dosages as part of Respite and Community Living and Support Services delivered for 35-40 hours weekly. This Independent Contractor role requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and successful completion of a drug screen and background check.
