Job Summary
Provide companionship, care, and support to a male Individual with Developmental Disabilities in the Charlotte area by assisting with home living, identifying social roles, and facilitating community integration. Dispense medication, monitor dosages, and transport the individual to day programs, work sites, and community activities. Deliver 29 hours of Supported Living Services weekly from Sunday 6p to Wednesday 6a. This Independent Contractor role requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and successful background check, with a preferred one to two years of experience in the I/DD population.

- Ability to successfully pass a drug screen
- Ability to successfully pass a background check
