Direct Support Professional - Independent Contractor (DT)

Provide companionship, care, and support to an adult with developmental disabilities as a Direct Support Professional (Independent Contractor). Responsibilities include instruction and assistance in home living environments, helping identify valued social roles, facilitating community integration, helping develop healthy social habits, dispensing medications and monitoring dosages, and transporting to day programs, work sites, and community activities. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, successful drug screen and background check; 1–2 years of experience with the I/DD population preferred. This is an Independent Contractor role paid as a 1099 with related vendor processes and potential training/fees.
