Direct Support Professional - Independent Contractor (AL)

Direct Support Professional (Independent Contractor) in Charlotte, NC for a female individual with developmental disabilities. Provide companionship, care, and support, including instruction in home living, helping identify valued social roles, facilitating community integration, developing healthy social habits, dispensing medications with dosage monitoring, and transporting to day programs, work sites, and community activities. 20 hours per week with set weekend and weekday hours. Position is an Independent Contractor (1099) with training and vendor management; requires passing a drug screen and background check and a valid driver's license.
