Direct Support Professional-In Home Services

Direct Support Professional in-home services to support people with disabilities to live in their own homes and participate in their communities. You will assist these individuals with increasing their independence and quality of life. Responsibilities include promoting hobbies and recreational activities, assisting with meal planning, grocery shopping, and cooking, scheduling and attending medical appointments, participating in team meetings and writing care plans, supporting and developing independent living skills, and providing education and opportunities to problem-solve with regards to safety skills, social interactions, and self-advocacy. Must be able to work a flexible schedule with weekday, evening, and weekend availability, and have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
