Job Summary
Provide day-to-day services to program participants by assisting with personal care routines such as bathing, toileting, and meal preparation. Teach household maintenance skills and support individuals in assuming increasing control over their daily lives. Accompany participants on appointments and administer medications in accordance with residential guidelines. Follow individualized routines including Behavior Support Plans and physical therapy schedules. Maintain a record of conscientious behavior while working as a dedicated member of the team.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years old
- High school diploma, GED, or HiSET required
- Valid Driver's License
- Good Driving Record
Desired Qualifications
- 1-3 years of related experience preferred
