Job Summary
Provide daily support and care to individuals in a residential setting, including assisting with personal care, medication administration, and health-related needs. Help individuals build independence by teaching life skills at home and in the community, while following Individual Support Plans and Behavior Support Plans. Accompany individuals to appointments, support community activities and relationships, and assist with budgeting, shopping, and managing personal funds. Maintain accurate documentation, take a leadership role by training and mentoring other staff, and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment. Build strong relationships with families, guardians, and team members. Full-time and part-time positions offer health insurance, retirement matching, and tuition assistance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or HiSET
- Active MAP (Medication Administration Program) certification (or obtained within 6 months of hire, training provided)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
