Direct Support Professional II

Provide daily support and care to individuals in a residential setting, helping them build independence through life skills training at home and in the community. Implement Individual Support Plans and Behavior Support Plans while assisting with personal care, medication administration, and health needs. Accompany individuals to appointments, support community participation, and manage personal funds including budgeting and shopping. Maintain accurate documentation, train and mentor other staff, and ensure a clean, safe home environment. Build strong relationships with families and guardians. Requires high school diploma, active MAP certification, and valid driver's license. Full-time and part-time roles offer health insurance, retirement matching, and tuition assistance.
