Direct Support Professional II

Provide day-to-day services to program participants, including assisting with personal care routines like bathing and toileting, and teaching household maintenance, meal prep, and shopping. Accompany individuals on appointments and administer medications or support self-medication in accordance with residential guidelines. Follow individual routines such as Behavior Support Plans and physical therapy while fostering community participation. Maintain a valid driver's license and good driving record, completing required orientation and training in CPR, first aid, safety care, and defensive driving.
