Conduct day-to-day services for program participants, including assisting with personal care routines like bathing and toileting, and teaching household maintenance, meal prep, and shopping skills. Administer medications or support self-medication in accordance with residential guidelines, while accompanying individuals on appointments and following their specific behavior support plans and physical therapy routines. Provide ongoing opportunities for participants to assume increasing control and responsibility over their daily lives to foster community participation and personal well-being.
