Direct Support Professional II - Asleep Overnight

Provide day-to-day services to program participants, including assisting with personal care routines like bathing and toileting, supporting household maintenance, meal preparation, and shopping. Accompany individuals on appointments and administer medications or support self-medication in accordance with residential guidelines. Teach skills to help individuals assume increasing control over their daily lives while following specific routines such as Behavior Support Plans and physical therapy schedules. This role involves working with individuals with intellectual, developmental, or acquired brain injuries to promote community participation and personal well-being.
