Job Summary
Conduct personal care tasks including assistance with basic hygiene, grooming, feeding, and ambulation. Implement Individual Service Plans and Behavior Support Plans while managing client behaviors through prevention or de-escalation. Encourage self-help activities and foster positive relationships between individuals served and their support circles. Maintain accurate daily documentation of activities, medication tracking, and goal data. Transport individuals to community activities and medical appointments, or run errands for clients. Perform fire and disaster drills as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Eighteen years of age or older
- Pass background check
- Driver's license with valid Auto Insurance
- High school diploma/GED
