Job Summary
Provide quality care, direction, and guidance to customers with daily activities including bathing, feeding, dressing, grooming, medication administration, and housework. Assist clients in making appointments, arranging transportation for errands, and serving as a companion while helping them achieve agreed-upon goals for community integration. Monitor customer conditions and surroundings to ensure safety, including supervision of equipment and materials. Submit written daily shift updates using an online platform. Adhere to ICM policies, HIPAA regulations, and SOPs while maintaining a clean work environment. Requires a high school diploma and prompt attendance during M-F 8:30a-2:30p shifts in Morrilton, AR.
Required Qualifications
- Understands and endorses ICM's mission and vision
- Follows all ICM policies, procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Understands and complies with all HIPAA regulations
- Maintains a clean and orderly work environment
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Maintains prompt and regular attendance
