Job Summary
Provide quality care, direction, and assistance to customers with daily activities including bathing, feeding, dressing, grooming, medication administration, and housework. Help clients make appointments, arrange transportation for errands, and serve as a companion while supporting them in achieving agreed-upon goals to improve quality of life and community integration. Monitor surroundings and equipment to ensure customer safety, and provide written daily shift updates via an online platform. Work Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings and nights in Rudy, AR. Adhere to all ICM policies, HIPAA regulations, and SOPs while maintaining a clean environment and prompt attendance.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Maintains prompt and regular attendance
- Understands and endorses ICM's mission and vision
- Follows all ICM policies, procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Understands and complies with all HIPAA regulations
- Maintains a clean and orderly work environment
