Job Summary
Provide quality care, direction, and help to customers with daily activities including bathing, feeding, dressing, grooming, medication administration, and housework. Assist clients in making appointments, arranging transportation for errands, and serving as a companion while helping them achieve agreed-upon goals to improve quality of life and community integration. Monitor customer conditions and surroundings to ensure safety, including equipment checks, and provide written daily activity updates via an online platform. Work M-F 10a-6p in Siloam Springs, AR. Adhere to ICM policies, HIPAA regulations, and maintain a clean environment.
Required Qualifications
- Understands and endorses ICM's mission and vision
- Follows all ICM policies, procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Understands and complies with all HIPAA regulations
- Maintains a clean and orderly work environment
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Maintains prompt and regular attendance
