Job Summary
Provide direct behavioral therapy to individuals ages 3 to 21, including role modeling and training to parents and families. Support the child and family by promoting individualized, person-centered service delivery that develops social skills, communication, and positive behavior in age-appropriate home and community settings. Assist the child with self-help and self-care while teaching social and safety skills. Maintain ongoing communication and data reporting to clinicians and coordinators regarding the approved program. All duties vary depending on the specific needs of each child. This role offers up to $1000 New Hire Sign-on Bonus at $24.00/hour and is open to college students, stay-at-home parents, and paraprofessionals.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of experience working successfully with children/adults in a special health care, education or recreation setting
- Associates or bachelor's degree in an appropriate field of study area
- Drivers' license
- Acceptable driving record
