Job Summary
Direct Support Professional I at Omega Day Centers in Chantilly, VA. You will mentor, coach, and empower individuals toward greater autonomy, designing engaging group activities, helping participants explore talents, connect with local resources, and grow within an inclusive community. Requires a people-first mindset, reliability, and empathy. Preferred path includes a Bachelor's degree (any field) or an Associate’s degree with experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with relevant life/work experience. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation with insurance, and ability to pass a background check are required. Required Qualifications
