Support the Individual Service Plan by managing money, community activities, and medication while monitoring health and behavior changes. Complete required documentation, training, and fire drills to meet regulatory standards. Transport individuals to errands, doctor visits, and recreational activities in agency vehicles. Perform housecleaning duties, meal preparation, and physical assistance requiring agility and strength. Maintain professional behavior and active listening skills while treating everyone with respect.
