Job Summary
Direct Support Professional needed to provide direct care and supervision to clients in a home/community setting in Pasadena. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs (grooming, hygiene, meal preparation), supporting clients to achieve personal goals and independence, following individualized care plans and documenting daily activities, ensuring a safe, respectful environment, and communicating with team members and families. Requires compassionate, reliable individuals with strong communication skills, CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain), valid driver’s license, and ability to pass background checks. Eligible for flexible schedule, health insurance, paid training, and professional development. In-person work location in Pasadena, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Substantial experience as a Direct Support Professional (preferred)
