Job Summary
Direct Support Professional role focusing on providing care to individuals with high needs, ensuring safety and meeting individualized goals. Requires strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of HIPAA laws, and capability to document effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must pass a Criminal Background Check
- Must not have a denied health care provider license for related reasons
- Must be able to independently assist with ADL
- Must be able to attend training and obtain First Aid card
- Must be able to attend Mandt training
- Must be reliable and dependable
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with High Behaviors
- Confirmed service in the industry with advance training in behavioral, medical or caregiver services
Additional Requirements
- Must meet all the requirements for the position as set out in 7 AAC 125.010 – 7 AAC 125.199
