Job Summary
Provide assistance to individuals receiving support while collaborating and coordinating services with treatment team members in various settings. Ensure documentation is accurate, compliant, and timely for all services rendered. Act as an appropriate role model to support people in using appropriate language, dress, table manners, respect, and other behaviors as needed. Lead activities including cooking, arts and crafts, and community-based events focused on developing independent living skills and fostering social connections. Maintain a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and CPR/First Aid certification to facilitate daily operations.
Required Qualifications

- Car insurance
- Must provide or obtain CPR/First Aid Certification
- Must be able to pass a background check
