Job Summary
Administer medication, cook meals, and assist residents with personal hygiene in a residential group home setting. Ensure client comfort and safety while implementing individual behavioral plans and teaching new skills through effective mentoring. Drive clients to medical appointments and community outings based on their preferences, and maintain accurate documentation of health and safety concerns. This part-time weekend role supports adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, offering a competitive wage of $20.75/hr plus $2/hr supplemental pay. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to pass criminal/registry background checks and a drug screen
- Clear tuberculosis (TB) screening
- Ability to pass and maintain required trainings such as CPR/first aid, medication administration, and positive behavioral support training
- Basic computer skills
