Job Summary
Provide direct programming and dietary, laundry, and housekeeping support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Assist in developing and implementing Individual Plans, documenting service requirements, and maintaining household files for compliance with local, state, and federal standards. Perform household chores, prepare nutritious meals, and ensure all food and living areas remain clean and sanitary. Transport clients using Boundless vehicles or personal vehicles, and may perform delegated nursing tasks, first aid, and other procedures as assigned. Work 3p-11p on Sunday, Monday, Friday, and Saturday.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to communicate in English, including both spoke and in writing
- Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid, CPR - adult, child, and infant; delegated nursing
- Valid Ohio Driver's License with Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles
- Proof of auto insurance
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to carry 50 lbs
- Must be able to balance
- Must be able to stand
- Must be able to stoop
- Must be able to kneel
- Must be able to pull
- Must be able to push
- Must be able to reach
- Must be able to crouch
