Job Summary
Conduct daily living skills support, community involvement, and advocacy for individuals receiving services. Assist with personal care needs while maintaining professional records and demonstrating strong communication. Work full-time rotating shifts including Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays in the Manyunk and Northeast Philadelphia areas. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and completion of pre-employment screening and training.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED
- Valid PA Driver's License
- Access to reliable car
- Physical/PPD
- Pre-Employment Drug Screening
- Willing to assist with daily living skills and personal care needs
- Professional with the ability to maintain records
- Great Communication skills
- Safe driver

- Thursday: 9 am - 9 pm
- Friday: 9 am - 9 pm
- Saturday: 12 am - 9 pm
- Sunday: 12 am - 9 pm
- Thursday: 9 am - 9 pm
- Friday: 9 am - 5 pm
- Saturday (Northeast Philadelphia): 9 am - 5 pm
- Sunday: 5 pm- 9 pm
