Job Summary
Provide direct support to students with autism in a residential program. Duties include assisting with life skills, coordinating community trips, personal health care, social and recreational activities, helping with healthy meals, maintaining safety and cleanliness of properties, documenting incidents, and communicating effectively with clients, families, and staff. Requires a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred or undergraduate study in special education, education, psychology, human services, or social work), CPR/First Aid, Safety Care training, and a valid driver’s license. Must be able to transport students using League School vans, work weekends as scheduled, and have strong organization and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Mail is expected. Benefits are extensive and include health/dental insurance, retirement plans, tuition assistance, and loan forgiveness options. Required Qualifications
