Direct Support Professional

Support individuals with daily living activities including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and household tasks while encouraging independence and self-advocacy. Participate in community activities, recreational outings, and social events with the people you support. Collaborate with a caring team to deliver high-quality, individualized care and maintain accurate documentation of client progress, health, and activities. Weekend availability is required for shifts running Friday through Tuesday from 6am to 2pm. Candidates must hold an Oregon Food Handlers Card, Anaphylaxis and Epinephrine Auto-Injector certification, current CPR and First Aid credentials, and Oregon Intervention System certification. A valid driver's license with a clean record and ability to pass background checks are also required.
