Job Summary
Provide exceptional care to residents with complex physical, medical, and intellectual challenges at Wyndhurst House. Implement individualized programs, assist with meals and personal hygiene, and administer medications. Transport clients to appointments and activities, while performing housekeeping duties and encouraging skill development through active treatment activities. Record daily progress notes and participate in planning social, home, and recreational activities. Full-time 40-hour shift from 3pm-7am Friday and Sunday, 11pm-7am Saturday. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable means of transportation
- Ability to lift and transfer without restrictions
- Must pass a complete Background, Physical, and Drug screening
- Completion of training is required at the start of employment
