Job Summary
Provide exceptional care to residents with complex physical, medical, and intellectual challenges through individualized programs and active treatment activities. Implement daily living skills, assist with personal hygiene, bathe, dress, and administer medication. Support skill development via social, home, and recreational activities while performing housekeeping, meal assistance, and transporting clients to appointments. Record observations and daily progress notes to track individualized goals. Complete required training on daily living skills and support plans before starting employment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable means of transportation
- Ability to lift and transfer without restrictions
- Must pass a complete Background, Physical, and Drug screening
- Completion of training is required at the start of employment
