Job Summary
Provide exceptional care and ongoing support to residents with complex physical, medical, and intellectual challenges at Monaca House. Implement individualized programs, assist with meals, and perform cleaning and laundry duties. Bathe, dress, and assist clients with personal hygiene while transporting them to appointments and activities. Administer medication and participate in planning social, home, and recreational activities. Record observations and daily progress notes to track skill development through active treatment activities. Maintain a safe and healthy environment while enriching the lives of our residents.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable means of transportation
- Ability to lift and transfer without restrictions
- Must pass a complete Background, Physical, and Drug screening
- Completion of training is required at the start of employment
