Job Summary
Provide personal care including bathing, toileting, and hygiene support while assisting with exercise, mobility, and navigating environmental hazards. Document client progress toward personal goals, monitor health and wellness, and support challenging behavior when necessary. Accompany clients to outings, events, concerts, and fishing trips while facilitating work-skills development and following detailed dietary instructions. Coordinate with teams to support clients effectively and assist clients in expressing emotions appropriately. Work in community homes, residential facilities, or shared day programs with clients having complex medical and behavioral needs.
Required Qualifications

- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to lift 35 lbs
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and valid insurance
- Successful completion of a criminal background check, drug screen, and driving record check
