Job Summary
Overnight supervision and care for individuals with developmental disabilities, including assisting with personal care, medication documentation, light housekeeping, and monitoring residents throughout the night. Complete required documentation and communicate effectively with staff and supervisors to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of residents. This role supports a safe, structured environment for residents at AEDD's Female Group Home in Little Rock, AR, with a focus on empowering individuals to improve their quality of life.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Arkansas Driver's License
- Current Auto Liability Insurance, if applicable
- Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with assistance
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- CPR/First Aid Certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Experience working in a caregiving environment
- Strong communication skills
