Direct Support Professional - Floater and Per Diem

Support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential settings within Dutchess, Orange, and Ulster Counties by helping them develop skills for independence, achieve personal goals, and maintain healthcare needs. Provide positive behavior guidance and facilitate participation in life-enriching activities. Maintain flexibility in your schedule as a floater or per diem employee, earning between $19.00 and $23.25 per hour based on experience. Full-time staff may qualify for a $500 retention bonus after six months of continuous employment.
