Direct Support Professional- Float

Support clients with daily activities including grocery shopping, hygiene, and medication administration. Assist with mobility needs through two-person transfers and Hoyer lift usage while helping individuals achieve personal goals in cooking, cleaning, and social integration. Transport clients to appointments and community events, then document progress on Person Centered Service Plans. Communicate regularly with supervisors and team members throughout the shift. This float role covers Dayhab, residential sites, and hourly programs with flexible scheduling based on client needs. Applicants must hold a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and clean driving record.
