Direct Support Professional

Visit clients in their homes to help them maintain independence and support individualized goals, including personal care tasks like bathing and ensuring the home is clean and safe. Build relationships with individuals and report concerns to the Designated Coordinator while supporting community engagement through attendance at local events. This role requires reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current insurance, with the ability to provide transport if necessary.
