Job Summary
Provide hands-on Direct Support Professional (DSP) care to individuals with intellectual and behavioral challenges, including personal care (dressing, toileting, hygiene, feeding, bathing), following individualized care plans, documenting progress, administering medications per policy, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment. Supports may include travel between Residential and Day programs and using approved behavior support techniques to encourage community engagement. Requires ability to lift 50+ lbs and a valid U.S. driver’s license with specified driving-history requirements. This role is nights across Thursday to Saturday (11p-8a) and part-time.
