Job Summary
Direct Support Professional to assist individuals with intellectual and behavioral challenges in Towson, MD. Responsibilities include providing hands-on support, helping with personal care (dressing, toileting, hygiene, feeding, bathing), following individualized care plans, documenting progress, administering medications per policy, maintaining a safe and supportive environment, applying approved behavior support techniques, and encouraging community engagement. Some DSP roles may require travel between Residential and Day programs. Weekend shift (Sat-Sun 7a-11p) available.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with driving record requirements (3 years unsuspended with no more than 3 points, or 2 years unsuspended with clean record)
- Ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ lbs.
