Job Summary
Provide hands-on support with kindness and respect, assisting with personal care including dressing, toileting, hygiene, feeding, and bathing. Follow individualized care plans and document progress while administering medications in accordance with policy. Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment using approved behavior support techniques to encourage community engagement. Some roles require travel between Residential and Day programs. This position offers a Monday through Friday schedule from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. with a starting salary of $20.25 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ lbs.
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- At least 3 years of unsuspended driving history with no more than 3 points
- At least 2 years of unsuspended driving history with a clean driving record
