Job Summary
Support daily routines including cooking, cleaning, and personal care while ensuring safety and well-being for clients with developmental disabilities. Assist individuals in getting into the community to engage in preferred activities such as walking in nature, reading, and driving. Follow care plans and goals, communicate with families and teams, and complete documentation. Maintain a 2-hour bathroom rotation and support eating and cleaning as needed. Work Monday through Friday with flexible scheduling between 11am and 3pm, with potential to increase hours.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of caregiving or related experience
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation
- Smartphone required
- Must be able to successfully pass all state-required background checks and meet all ODDS employment eligibility requirements
- CPR/First Aid/AED (or willing to obtain)
- Must be able to wear a mask
- Must be able to stay on a 2 hour bathroom rotation
