Job Summary
Direct Support Professional to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 18 months to 8 years. You will follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, and help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment; collaborate with a supportive team. Paid training and fully covered RBT certification; potential growth into senior roles and BCBA pathways. Full-time hours, Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays based on patient needs; location in Broomfield, CO. Must be 18+, have a high school diploma, lift up to 30 lbs, and be willing to complete RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
