Job Summary
Direct Support Professional (Entry-Level) at Action Behavior Centers based in Loveland, CO. Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans, collecting simple session data, and helping kids learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. Maintain a safe, organized therapy environment and collaborate with a supportive team. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with optional Saturdays; full-time hours with paid training and opportunity to obtain/advance RBT certification within 20 days of hire. Compensation varies by education level and ABA experience, with hourly pay ranges shown (high school/associates: $20.25–$24/hr; bachelor’s: $21–$25.50/hr; master’s: $21–$28/hr).
