Job Summary
Direct Support Professional for children with autism in ABA therapy; work one-on-one with ages 18 months to 8 years, following personalized treatment plans, collecting simple session data, and engaging in play-based activities to support communication, social, and independent skills. Responsibilities include staying active during sessions, maintaining a safe therapy environment, collaborating with a supportive team, and assisting with routines and activities such as reading, movement, and hands-on tasks. Training is provided with paid RBT certification, with opportunities for growth and regular raises; schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with optional Saturday hours based on patient needs. Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
- Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Team mindset: may occasionally help support a nearby ABC clinic if additional coverage is needed
