Direct Support Professional (Entry-Level)

Direct Support Professional (Entry-Level) provides one-on-one support to children ages 18 months to 8 years through play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans, and collecting simple session data. Responsibilities include helping children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities; maintaining a clean, safe therapy environment; collaborating with a supportive team; and staying actively engaged during therapy sessions. The role offers paid training and fully covers RBT certification, with schedule Monday–Friday 8am–5pm (optional Saturdays based on patient needs) and full-time hours. Location: Westminster, CO.
