Direct Support Professional (Entry-Level)

Direct Support Professional works one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, and help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions, maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment, and collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed. Training is provided with paid RBT certification; no experience required beyond a passion for helping children. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays based on patient needs, full-time position based in Scottsdale, AZ.
