Job Summary
Direct Support Professional (Entry-Level) role supporting children ages 18 months to 8 years in one-on-one ABA therapy. You will follow personalized treatment plans, collect session data, and help kids learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. Maintain a safe, organized therapy environment, and collaborate with a supportive team focused on growth. Training is provided, including paid RBT certification, with potential raises after certification and opportunities for advancement within Action Behavior Centers; role offers full-time hours with daytime schedule (Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm) and optional Saturdays based on patient needs.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
- Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Team mindset: may occasionally help support a nearby ABC clinic if additional coverage is needed
