Job Summary
You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans, collecting simple session data, and helping children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities in a full-time daytime schedule (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm; Saturdays optional). Training is provided with paid RBT certification. Starting pay varies by education level: High School/Associate’s $20–$24/hr, Bachelor’s $20–$25.50/hr, Master’s $20–$28/hr. Benefits include health, dental, vision, holidays, PTO, and more. Must be 18+, have a high school diploma, and complete RBT certification within 20 days of hire; may assist nearby ABC clinic as needed. Location: Aurora, CO.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
- Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
