Job Summary
Direct Support Professional providing one-on-one ABA therapy for children ages 18 months to 8 years. Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, and help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment and collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow. Must be at least 18, able to lift up to 30 lbs, and willing to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire. Optional Saturdays based on patient needs; full-time schedule with upfront paid training and RBT certification coverage.
