Direct Support Professional (Entry-Level)

You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans and collecting session data. Responsibilities include helping children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities; staying active and engaged throughout therapy sessions; maintaining a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment; and collaborating with a supportive team. Paid training with full coverage of the RBT certification is provided, and there are opportunities for growth within the organization.
