Job Summary
Direct Support Professional to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy; follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data; help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities; stay active and engaged during therapy sessions; maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment; collaborate with a supportive team; receive paid training and have RBT certification fully covered; full-time schedule Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with optional Saturdays; located in Tucson, AZ.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work with children in ABA therapy setting
