Direct Support Professional (Entry-Level)

Direct Support Professional for Action Behavior Centers: provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 18 months to 8 years, following personalized treatment plans, collecting session data, and facilitating learning through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. Maintain a safe, organized therapy environment; stay active throughout sessions; collaborate with a supportive team to help kids grow and succeed. Role requires lifting up to 30 lbs, ability to move between activities and positions, and willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire. Schedule is full-time with predictable daytime hours (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm; Saturdays optional based on patient needs).
